Feininger's new graphite EPS raw material production line adopts the design of scientific extruder.Rich production experience and advanced concept of parallel twin screw design, through uniform temperature heat exchanger, discharge hole is not blocked, so that the finished product has excellent quality.

Thermoplastic foam particles are molded by extrusion under water, which requires a high water pressure.With the scientifically designed water temperature and water pressure, the discharge hole is not blocked, and the foam in the pipeline in the early stage is also avoided. After centrifugal drying, vibration cooling beads are required to adopt bottom-up vibration design to ensure more effective production and high-quality products.
