Feininger CO₂&N₂ Gas Dosing Unit


The micro-supercritical CO2/N2 injection system equipment uses CO2 as a blowing agent and is injected into the barrel screw by a high-pressure injection pump. During the extrusion, the volume flow rate and pressure of CO2 gas should be kept constant. After the shear mixing of the screw and the convection and diffusion of the gas, the polymer supercritical state is formed in the barrel.
